It was already a true honour to be recognised alongside a cohort of such ambitious creatives. But to now be voted as a winner is a truly amazing feeling.

In 2020 - we were a team of 2. Now we are a team of 7. We’ve worked all over the world, even in different languages, we’ve helped one another become better designers and better people.

The way we work is not like your average bear. Instead, we’re a pack that strives to collaborate. That’s why we’re open structured. Valuing everyone’s opinion and creative input equally.

Winning this award is for the team, for the people that have worked so hard through challenging times to deliver. We’re all excited for the times that are ahead for Polar.
